Description
The PHB5D-2540/60/80 is an ultra-large, high-precision bridge-type 5-axis simultaneous CNC gantry machining center, purpose-built for one-setup machining of oversized complex curved surfaces, large molds, and structural parts. It is a core high-end equipment in aerospace, automotive mold, new energy, and heavy machinery industries, capable of completing multi-sided and complex surface machining in a single clamping.
Constructed with a one-piece ultra-rigid cast iron bed and reinforced bridge frame, the machine eliminates deflection during high-load cutting, ensuring long-term dimensional stability.
